AR_Storytelling #2) Photogrammetry & Motion capture
Updated: Apr 22
As an AR visualizing tool, we learned about Photogrammetry & Motion capture. I had a lot of fun with these tools and they help me to broaden my perspective about computer vision. Since more devices that allow capturing of images in three dimensions and mobile applications that scan and generate 3D models with ease, 3D scanning can have great potential rather than 3D modeling. With materials by our instructor Mark, I've more research about Photogrammetry / Point cloud.

Photogrammetry is the science of making measurements from photographs. The input to photogrammetry is photographs, and the output is typically a map, a drawing, a measurement, or a 3D model of some real-world object or scene

We have a luxury that we can use motion capture studio for our projects. We learend about motion caputring process step by step from the setting the studio to mapping the 3D modeling to redoded movement.
